What changes will commercial customers see?
All Coakley Disposal commercial dumpster are rear loading. This means the dumpster is loaded from the rear of the truck and is tipped in using a cable and winch. At Morgan, we utilize front load dumpsters. The dumpsters have 2 side pockets and the truck picks up the container and dumps it into the top of the truck. This method is more efficient and much safer for our employees. In the coming weeks/months we will be reviewing all commercial accounts as we convert to front load service. By interacting with you, the customer, we will evaluate your container size and see if that is the best option from a service and cost standpoint.
How will the billing work?
Billing will remain the same. In early January 2022 you will receive your first bill from Morgan for the current months service. If you have paid ahead, your account credit will transfer to our system. Any past due balances are still payable to Coakley Disposal, and all invoiced services in 2021. Morgan offers convenient online bill pay and the ability to setup recurring payments. If you are interested in these services, please go to trashbilling.com, or contact our customer service team at 585-505-1500 after you receive your first Dependable bill with an account number.
In closing, as the owner of Morgan Rubbish Removal I am a very hands-on owner that will be involved with this transition from start to finish. I enjoy driving routes and meeting customers, perhaps I will see you in the coming weeks/months.
